What we make
Attu is a strength training app with a macro tracker inside it. That sounds like a bundle and it isn't: the training engine reads the nutrition log, so a week spent eating in a deficit produces a different prescription than a week at maintenance, and the app tells you which one it thinks you are in.
Every recommendation carries the reasoning behind it and a stated limit on what the engine knows about you. When the data isn't there, it says so rather than producing a confident number. The app works with no signal, nothing you have logged is ever rewritten, and your history and your export survive cancellation.
How we operate
Attu is sold as a paid subscription. There is no advertising in the app and no advertising business behind it — nothing about your training or your food is sold, shared, or used to target you.
Your data is stored on servers in the European Union. We are a Swedish company, subject to the GDPR, and the person responsible for privacy questions can be reached directly at privacy@attu.app.
